Oral presentations
А beamer with laptop will be provided for oral presentations. The available presentation programs are MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Keynote lectures are scheduled for 40 min. and the oral presentations (both invited and contributed) are 20 min.
Poster presentations
Since the size of each poster board is 2.00/0.90 m (portrait), the recommended size of the posters is 1.20/0.90 m (portrait).
Publication of the materials
The welcome party (starting at 21:00 h) will take place on the Summer Terrace of Palace Hotel after the dinner on Wednesday, June 25th.
The official Conference dinner will be on Saturday, June 28th, from 20:30 h.
An excursion to the Botanical Garden in Balchik is planned for the afternoon on Friday, June 27th.
The Balchik Botanical Garden was established in 1955 in the park of the Balchik Palace, which was constructed between 1926 and 1937 to serve as summer residence to Queen Marie of Romania during the Romanian rule of the region. The garden accommodates 2 000 plant species belonging to 85 families and 200 genera. One of the garden's main attractions is the collection of large-sized cactus species arranged outdoors on 1000 m2.

The organizing committee of the conference does not provide insurance and do not take any responsibility for accidents or illnesses that might occur during the conferences or in the course of travel to or from the meeting place. It is therefore the responsibility of participants to check their health insurance requirements.
Extra Expenses
All additional expenses, e.g. drinks and snacks from the in-room bar, telephone calls, tours, etc. are at participants’ own expenses.
Currency exchange
The most suitable exchange rates are provided by the bank branches, ca. 1.945 – 1.950 lv. for 1.00 Euro. The bank working hours are between 9.00 and 16.00 in weekdays, but there are several bank offices in the center of Varna working this 18.00 in the weekdays and between 10.00 and 14.00 on Saturday. Currency could be also changed in the hotel or change bureaus but usually at unfavorable exchange rates. We strongly recommend you to change currencies in bank branches and to avoid any exchange at the street.

The Varna Archaeological Museum (http://www.amvarna.com/) is one of the largest museums in Bulgaria outside the capital. It features objects from the prehistoric, Thracian, Ancient Greek and Ancient Roman periods of the region's history, as well as from the times of the medieval Bulgarian and Byzantine Empires, the Ottoman rule and the Bulgarian National Revival. The most famous exhibit of the Varna Archaeological Museum is the Gold of Varna, the oldest gold treasure in the world, excavated in 1972 and dating to 4600-4200 BC. Till the end of September this year a special temporary exhibition “Gods, Masks, People” is also displaced in the Archaeological Museum. It includes exhibits from 12 Bulgarian museums with selected displays of beliefs, worship and ways of life of ancient Thracian rulers, as well as Hellenic and Roman civilisations on Bulgarian land.
